It was nice to be away and with family over the weekend and for jason's birthday, but it felt great to get home and be able to get back into my routine. As a fat girl, I never thought that I would enjoy working out, but I do.
so it's back to water, fat free yogurt and all kinds of veggies and fruit.
I am also considering cutting back on white flour as much as I can...not all together, but it won't hurt to switch in whole grains every once in a while :)
